ROSEMARY (Rosmarinus officinalis) – GOOD AS A FOOD SPICE, GOOD AS A HEALTH CURE PART 1

INTERNAL: – indigestion, digestive atony (especially of the stomach), vomiting, intestinal colic – powder. In cases of digestive inertia administer 1/2 teaspoon of powder (approx. 0.5 g) 20 minutes before eating and a knife peak of powder 10-15 minutes after a meal (approx. 0.2 g) once per day (linked to the main meal of the day).
