Our Raspberry wine offers a fresh fruit aroma all year round. Although fresh Raspberry fruit season is only 14 days long, you’ll find that our Raspberry wine has truly captured that explosive aroma of Raspberries as you slowly savour every drop of this wine.

Our Blueberry wine is fermented with the whole Blueberry fruit. The result is a wine that has a smokey nose and a Blueberry jammy taste that is balanced by the tannins of the Blueberries.

Canada is the worlds leading producer of Icewine. Here at Blossom Winery we make the extra effort and pick our grapes at a minimum of -10 degrees. By doing this, it ensures minimal water content in each grape but maximum concentration of flavours and aromas from each drop that is then transformed into this “Liquid Gold” so famously called Icewine.
