Vancouver's Bard on the Beach Shakespeare Festival is a professional theatre company that stages four productions in repertory every June through September. Performances are staged in open-ended tents on the waterfront in Vanier Park, against a spectacular backdrop of mountains, sea and city skyline.

Bard on the Beach's 19th season runs May 29th through September 27st, 2008 featuring the comedy/tragedy pairings of the TWELFTH NIGHT and KING LEAR in the Mainstage tent and THE TEMPEST and TITUS ANDRONICUS in the Studio Stage tent.
