Vancouver, Coast and Mountains' location on the West Coast allows for multiple points of entry.  You can get here by land, sea or air.  Within the region, there are a number of airports, but the Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is the largest and has daily flights coming in from all over the world.  There is also the Abbotsford Airport (YXX), which allows for convenient access to the Mighty Fraser Country.

For those of you who are travelling by boat, there are a number of ports and marinas throughout the region. As well, Vancouver has a number of cruise ship ports, where all summer long huge cruise ships heading to Alaska will dock. And to reach the lower and upper Sunshine Coast, BC Ferries has daily sailings.

Coming into the Vancouver, Coast and Mountains by land, there are a number of points of entry, but they all pretty much convene onto Highway 1, which runs through the Mighty Fraser Country and connects to the Sea-to-Sky highway. Vancouver also has a number of United States border crossings half an hour from downtown.
