FENNEL (Foeniculum vulgare) – MORE THAN A VEGETABLE

It’s a miracle plant for digestion, being both gentle and very effective. It is one of the best remedies for bloating treatment, abdominal cramps (including children and infants), difficult digestion, gastritis, spastic constipation. Its detoxifying action is outstanding, being used as an adjuvant to combat the harmful effects of alcohol, but also to counteract the action of toadstool (for which there are very few antidotes). At the same time it has more subtle effects, such as hormonal on women (hence the recommendation during lactation, menopause and for cases of insufficient estrogen). From the mental point of view it is calming; gives a feeling of comfort and contentment being useful for nervous and irritable people.
