The powder can not be kept more than 12 days because it alters its properties.

Combined infusion – 2 teaspoons of dried and grounded aerial parts are added in ½ cup (125 ml.) of water and let it soak for about 10 hours, then filter it. The macerated is strained and the remaining plant scalds with another half cup of water, then leave it to infuse for half an hour, filter and let it cool off. Finally mix the two extracts. Consume 2 cups per day (4 cups in acute diseases) on an empty stomach. You can eat after 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONS: As bilberry leaves powdered decreases strongly the glycemia, insulin-dependent diabetics will be kept under strict supervision, especially in the first weeks of treatment with daily and even 2 times daily blood sugar levels  and insulin dose adjustments based on the new values. Treatment will be started with a small dose – 2 teaspoons per day, which will be gradually increased to 4 teaspoons per day.
