As mentioned before, your body will grow according to how much you do, and after a while your body will get used to lifting a certain amount of weight. Therefore, if you have been going for a while and have never increased the amount of weight that you lift, then you should definitely consider upping the ante. The crucial part of weight training, if you wish to have your muscles grow bigger, is to slowly but steadily progress to higher weight classes.
